Here is an example of how we do CNC machining.
An oxygen-free copper part machined on our Matsuuras. Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) generally refers to a group of wrought high conductivity copper alloys that have been electrolytically refined to reduce the level of oxygen to .001% or below.OF/OFE grade copper is used in plasma deposition processes aka sputtering, semiconductor manufacturing, super conductor components and high vacuum devices such particle accelerators.
We are comfortable working with all kinds of materials including copper-tungsten, brass, inconel, hastelloy, PH steel, vespel, turcite, phenolic, G10, and other kinds of plastics, ferrous and nonferrous and exotic materials.
